ATTA (ROTI, CHAPATI, DOUGH)

Ingredients

 

 

1: wheat flour 3 large mugs (Atta)

2: water as required to make a medium dough (add slowly)
 
3: oil/ ghee (to keep the dough soft)
 
 
 
 

Instructions

  1. ATTA (ROTI, CHAPATI, DOUGH)

     

     

    1: mix flour with water and in a rotating motion left, right mix it and move the bowl along, keep mixing till gets together (add water slowly).

    2: then flatten the dough and sprinkle a little water and add oil/ghee a handful over the dough, change side and do the same(leave it for 1 to 2 minutes).
     
    3: now knead the dough till gets soft and even.
     
    4: use a little oil and water to wet your fist while kneading the dough, fold a few times and knead along.
     
    5: now place it in a air tight box put a little oil on the top of the dough and place it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
     
    6: use to make roti.
