CHAPLI KABAB

Ingredients

 1: beef mince 1&1/2 kg

 2: onions 2 medium (finely chopped)
  
 3: tomatoes 4 medium (finely chopped)
 
 4: green chilli 6 to 7 (finely chopped)
 
 5: eggs 2
 
 6: crushed red chilli 1 tbs
 
 7: salt 1&1/2 tsp
 
 8: paprika 1 tbs
 
 9: coriander seeds 3 tbs
 
10: cumin seeds 1 tbs
 
11: ginger & garlic powder 1&1/2 tbs
 
12: black peppercorn 1 tbs
 
13: black cardamom 3 to 4
 
14: cloves 1 tbs
 
15: oil for frying
 
 
 
 

Instructions

  1. CHAPLI KABAB
     1: grind all whole spices and mix them with the powdered spices.
      
     2: mix the mince, spices, tomatoes, onion, green chili, and eggs mix well cover, and keep aside for 30 to 40 minutes.
     
     3: heat the oil.
     
     4: make thick kababs flattened but wet your palms so they will not stick to your hands.
     
     5: fry to both sides till golden on medium flame, cover, and cook for 5 minutes or till the water from the mince dries PRESS ON THE KABABS TO RELEASE WATER, remove from the oil and place on paper towel.
     
     6: SERVE HOT WITH NAAN.
