CHICKEN HANDI
Ingredients
1: chicken 1&1/2kg (boneless cut into small cubes)
2: tomato puree 1/2 cup
3: onion 2 medium (boil in water and then grind)
4: yogurt 1/2 cup
5: fresh coriander 2tbs
6: cream 1/2 cup
7: butter 1/2 cup (melted)
8: oil 1/4 cup
9: ginger & garlic paste 1tbs
10: salt 1tsp
11: red chilli powder 1 tsp
12: coriander powder 1 tsp
13: black pepper 1/2 tsp
14: sugar 1 tbs
15: mace 1/4 tsp
16: green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
17: almond 10 (crushed)
18: coconut 1 tbs
19: cumin powder 1 tsp

CHICKEN HANDI
1: marinate the chicken with yogurt, cumin powder, coconut, almond, green cardamom powder, mace, sugar, black pepper, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, ginger & garlic paste mix well and cover, and keep for 1/2 hour.
2: boil the onion until it gets transparent, then drain the water and grind it.3: heat oil in a pan add the chicken and fry for 5 minutes on high flame.4: add the tomato puree and onion paste and cook until the oil reaches the surface.5: now add the cream, coriander leaves, and butter mix and remove from the flame.6: Served hot with naan.By Faiza Zarif(Cook With Faiza)
