ACHARI MURGH RICE
Ingredients
1: Rice 2 cups
2: Chicken Boneless 1/2 kg
3: onion 3 (sliced)
4: Yogurt 1/2 cup
5: Nigella seeds 1 tsp
6: green chilies 4 (sliced)
7: White cumin 1 tbsp
8: Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
9: Lemons 3 tbs
10:Mustard seeds 1 tsp
11:Turmeric 1 tsp
12:Red chili flakes 1 tbs
13:Salt 1 tsp
14:Coriander seeds 1 tbsp (or powder)
15:tomatoes 2 (chopped)
16:Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
17:Oil 1 cup
18:achar 1 tbs
19:fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup

ACHARI MURGH RICE
1: Fry chopped onions till they are golden brown.
2: Boil rice in fresh water along with salt 1 tsp and drain the water and keep aside.3: heat oil and add in chicken, salt, turmeric and ginger garlic paste. Cook it till the water dries on high flame.4: Add in yogurt, chopped tomatoes, red chilli flakes, corainder seeds, mustard seeds, nigella seeds, white cumin and some green chilies, lemon juice, achar mix well and cook on high flame till the oil comes on surface.5: now mix the boiled rice mix well.6: garnish the rice with fried onions, chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot.
