Ingredients

1: cooked frozen prawns 1 kg

2: onions 2 medium(chopped)
 
3: tomatoes 3 medium (chopped)
 
4: green chilli 3
 
5: fresh ginger 2-inch piece(sliced)
 
6: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs
 
7: dried fenugreek leaves 3 tbs
 
8: turmeric 1/2 tsp
 
9: crushed red chilli 1 tsp
 
10: red chilli powder 1 tsp
 
11: salt 1 tsp
 
12: coriander powder 1tbs
 
13: oil 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. PRAWN MASALA

    1: heat oil and fry the onion, ginger & garlic paste till golden.

    2: now add the tomatoes, salt, red chilli, turmeric, coriander powder, and crushed red chilli and cook till the oil comes on the surface on high flame.
     
    3: add the prawns, green chilli, and fenugreek leaves mix well and cook on high flame till oil comes on the surface.
     
    4: add ginger mix well and serve hot.
