PALAK CHICKEN (SPINACH)
Ingredients
1: Palak 8 bunches ( spinach chopped)
2: fenugreek leaves (methi) 1 large bunch chopped
3: onions 4 medium (sliced)
4: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbs
5: chicken 1 &1/2 kg
6: oil 1 cup
7: tomatoes 3 large (chopped)
8: turmeric 1 tsp
9: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
10: salt 2 tsp
11: cumin seeds 2 & 1/2 tsp
12: cinnamon stick 3 pieces
13: black cardamom 4
14: black peppercorn 1 tsp
15: fresh coriander 1 cup
16: green chilli 4
17: garam masala powder 1tbs

PALAK CHICKEN (SPINACH)
1: in a pan add the palak, methi, water 4 cups wait for a boil, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium flame. (once cooked grind it with the remaining water and keep aside).
2: in a separate pan heat oil and add onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry till golden.3: now add the cumin seeds, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, and black peppercorn mix, and then add the tomatoes on high flame.4: then add salt, turmeric, and salt mix and cook till the oil comes on the surface.5: now add the chicken and fry it for 2 minutes in the masala on high flame till it changes color.6: add 1 glass of water cover and cook till the chicken is cooked on medium flame.7: add the coriander, and green chilli mix well.8: now add the grinned palak, and garam masala powder and mix well.9: simmer for 5 minutes.10: Served hot with rice, or roti.
