SOYA CHICKEN
Ingredients
1: chicken breast 1 kg
2: onion 2 medium (grind)
3: soya 2 bunches (chopped)
4: fenugreek leaves dry or fresh 2 cups
5: fresh ginger 1-inch piece (sliced)
6: red chilli powder 1 tsp
7: garam masala powder 1 tsp
8: ginger & garlic paste 1tbs
9: salt 1 tsp
10: butter 2tbs
11: turmeric 1/2 tsp
12: green chilli 3
13: oil 1/2 cup
14: water 1 cup

SOYA CHICKEN
1: heat oil add onion, ginger & garlic paste, and fry till gets golden on high flame.
2: then add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, soya, and fenugreek leaves and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes keep stirring.3: then add the chicken, water mix well, and bring the flame to high, wait for a boil cover, and cook on medium flame till the oil comes on the surface.4: now add the butter, garam masala, green chili, and ginger mix well and cook on high flame for 1-1/2 minute.5: Served hot with naan, or roti.
