NAURATAN SHARBAT

Ingredients

 1: Milk 1 kg

 2: Tukh malanga (Basil or Basil Seed) 1 tbsp soaked in 1/2 cup water
  
 3: Red jelly 1/2 packet soaked in 1/2 cup water
  
 4: Green jelly 1/2 packet soaked in 1/2 cup water
 
 5: Evaporated milk 1 cup
 
 6: Condensed milk 1/2 cup
 
 7: Almonds chopped 3 tbsp
 
 8: Pistachio chopped 3 tbsp
 
 9: Coloured vermicelli 1/2 cup boiled
 
 10: Cream Ω cup
 
 11: Arq-e-gulab 1 tbsp(rose water)
 
 12: Crushed ice 1 cup
 
 

Instructions

  1. NAURATAN SHARBAT

    1: Soak red and green jellies in 1/2 cup water separately,

     2: soak tukh malanga ((Basil or Basil Seed) ) in 1/2 cup water,

     3: in a blender add ice, Arq-e-gulab, cream, evaporated milk, and condensed milk, blend for 30 seconds,

     4: mix with fresh milk and add in Tukh malanga (Basil or Basil Seed), almonds, and pistachio, both the Jell-O cut into tiny cubes and 1/2 cup of colored vermicelli. Serve chilled.
