Ingredients
1: chicken breast 1kg(cut in cubes 1 inch)
2: fresh coriander 1 1/2 bunch(grind)
3: green chilli 5(grind it with the coriander)
4: tomatoes 2 large(grind)
5: onion 1 large(grind)
6: green chilli 3
7: salt 1 tsp
8: red chilli powder 1 tsp
9: turmeric 1/2 tsp
10: coriander powder 1 tbs
11: garam masala powder 1 tsp
12: cumin powder 1 tsp
13: ginger & garlic paste 1tbs
14: cream 4 tbs
15: yogurt 1/2 cup
16: oil 1/2 cup

CHICKEN DHANIYA
1: grind the coriander and green chili and keep aside.
2: marinate: the chicken with yogurt, cream, cumin, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli, and salt mix well cover, and keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour.3: heat oil in a pan add onion, ginger & garlic paste mix well, and fry till gets a little golden or stops spluttering, on high flame.4: then add the tomato paste and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.5: now add the marinated chicken, and coriander paste mix cover, and cook on medium flame till no liquid is remaining and oil comes on the surface.6: once cooked add the garam masala, and green chili mix.7: Served hot with roti, naan, or rice.
