CRISPY FRIED CHOPS

Ingredients

1: chops mutton 1/2kg

2: water 2 cups
 
3: ginger and garlic paste 1tsp (heaped)
 
4: salt 1tsp
 
5: black pepper powder 1/2tsp
 
6: green chillies 3
 
Batter:
 
1: plain flour 1/2 cup
 
2: salt 1/4 tsp
 
3: black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
 
4: baking powder 1/2tsp
 
5: ajwane 1/4 tsp
 
6: crushed red chilli 1 tsp
 
7: fenugreek leaves dry 1 tsp
 
8: cold water as much required for a medium batter
 

Instructions

  1. 1: in a pan add the chop, water, salt, green chilli, black pepper, ginger & garlic paste mix well and wait oil a boil, then cover and cook on low flame till the water dries and the chops are cook completely.

     
    2: once chops are cooked then place the in a plate and leave it to cool.
     
    3: heat oil in a pan.
     
    4: in a separate bowl add all the ingredients and add the cold water slowly to make the batter.
     
    5: dip the chops in the batter and fry till golden on medium flame.
     
    6: place the fried chops on a paper towel to drain the extra oil.
     
    7: sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with lemon wedges.
