DEGI CHICKEN KORMA
Ingredients
1: chicken 1 kg (cut into 12 pieces)
2: yogurt thick 1 1/2 cup
3: fried onions 1 cup (ready-made or homemade)
4: cinnamon stick 2inch piece
5: turmeric 1/2 tsp
6: green cardamom 8
7: nutmeg 1/4 tsp
8: mace 1/4 tsp
9: cloves 8 pieces
10: red chilli powder 1tsp
11: ginger and garlic paste 1tbs
12: coriander powder 1tbs
13: salt 1tsp
14: kewra water 1tbs
15: oil 1 cup
Instructions

1: ground cloves, cinnamon sticks, and green cardamom to a powder.
2: mix the ground powder with nutmeg, mace, and fried onions and grind, keep aside.3: heat the oil add the chicken, salt, and ginger garlic paste, and fry for 5 minutes on high flame.4: then add the red chili, coriander powder, and turmeric and mix well, now add the ground onion mixture and mix.5: now add the yogurt mix and on high flame wait for a boil, then cover and cook on medium flame till the oil comes on the surface and the chicken is cooked.6: add the kewra water mix and serve hot.
