Ingredients

1: chicken mince 1/2 kg

2: gram flour 1tbs heaped (dry roast it till gets golden)

3: fresh coriander 2tbs

4: ginger & garlic paste 1tbs

5: onion 1 small (finely chopped)
 
6: Bullet chilli 3 (finely chopped)
 
7: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
 
8: crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
 
9: salt 1/2 tsp
 
10: gram masala powder 1/2 tsp (all spices)

Instructions

  1. 1: mix all the ingredients with the chicken mince.

    2: make kababs and keep them aside.
     
    3: heat 6 tbsp of oil in a pan, place the kababs, and cook on medium flame till gets a golden color all around.
     
    4: Place the kababs on a paper towel let them cool down and FREEZE them.
     
    5: then can be used whenever required (microwave, grill).
